Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play any AFC Games game. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement wins. Apple is not responsible for the game or for supporting it.
2. In-app purchases and virtual items
Some games (Bolt Panic) sell optional virtual items such as coins, tools and season passes. These items:
- are a limited licence to use content inside the game, not property you own, and have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player or game;
- may be rebalanced as the game changes, but we will not remove something you paid for without giving you a fair equivalent.
Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their rules: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history. This does not limit any refund right the consumer law where you live gives you. A season pass unlocks its rewards track for that season only; rewards you earn stay yours after the season ends.
3. Advertising
Free games may show ads, including rewarded videos you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products they advertise. The privacy policy explains what data ads use.
4. Fair play
Please do not cheat, modify, reverse-engineer or exploit bugs in a game (except where the law allows it), interfere with its ads or purchases, or use it to break any law. If you do, we may stop delivering purchases or updates to you.
5. Our content
The games, their art, music, levels, code and names belong to Anil Canli or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party fonts and icons are used under their open-source licences, credited in each game's settings.
6. Updates and availability
We update the games to add content and fix problems, and we may change or remove features. Most games work offline; features that need a connection, such as ads, events or purchases, may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering a game in the future, and if we do, we will tell you in the game where we can.
7. No warranty
The games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress stored on your device, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when a game gains a feature. The effective date above shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
